Request refund. Signed up for your service and paid fir the upgrade to reduce bid time in an attempt to win an auction. However, the upgrade did not function hecen though I was charged. Of course I lost the auction which was the whole purpose of upgrading. Please refund my $10 or I will dispute. You dud not respond to my first support ticket.
